  • We need to have your complete name, telephone number and address to complete each order.

Recipient’s Name

  • Please provide both first and last names. We ship via FedEx, so please give complete street addresses including zip codes and telephone numbers. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses or recipient away from home or office. Reshipment is at buyer's expense. (Due to perishable nature of products, returns are discarded.)

Greetings (optional)

  • A greeting is prepared for each gift. Please indicate how you would like each greeting to read.

Prices and Delivery

  • Please click here for shipping information and to calculate shipping. Also, please tell us when you would like your order to arrive or we will ship it when the order is received. Orders received by December 16 are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. However, every effort will be made to deliver all orders received after December 16 in time for Christmas. We offer FedEx or UPS overnight for last minute orders. 2 day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will run an additional $20 per address. APO and FPO addresses will be sent priority mail for an additional $12 charge.

Special Shipping Options

  • During the fall and winter we normally ship all of our products frozen in standard shipping cartons. The cryovac packaging protects the product if it thaws, and the meats are perfectly safe to eat.


  • Occasionally, we may need to substitute an item of equal or higher value in order for your gifts to be delivered on time.
